My cabana died a quick death Tuesday night
A strong wind storm blew up unannounced. Dad was sleeping & Mom ran out to try to save it..but it was too late. The wind woke up Dad, but all they could do was take it down to prevent it from blowing away. They both got sandblasted and covered in dirt. We stayed inside where it was safe.
So we’re back to our regular playpen setup.
In other disappointing news, the signal amplifier arrived yesterday and it appears to do nothing to improve our Verizon cell phone coverage. Not sure what the next step is on that.
The fun part of our day is our morning walk…
We saw a bunny…and barked at it
This tree, that looks like it has a heart. I think it’s a Mesquite tree, the heart is where some branches were ripped off when they cut the road in.
and a roadrunner…over there by the trees….but we couldn’t break free of our leashes to chase it.
Now they just seem to purposely torment us, cause they know we can’t get them.
