End of Vacation …

We skipped Zion National Park and drove over to Moab, Utah.  From there we went to Arches National Park & Canyonlands National Park.  Both places were beautiful, but neither allowed dogs on the trails, so we mostly just rode around and looked out the windows.  We did get out for a couple of photos.

We even drove through some canyons

We spent a few days at the RV Park At Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, NM.  Then we headed back to Texas.  We drove through Roswell, NM, but we didn’t see any Aliens, just the UFO Museum

Apparently, I make a great pillow on long trips.

We had perfect weather the whole trip, not a drop of rain.  We’re back in Texas now, waiting for a job.  We spent a few days in San Antonio then moved down to Pleasanton.  It poured rain on us yesterday as we drove to Pleasanton.  On Wednesday we’ll move to the company RV Park until a gate is available.  They said we’re the next ones on the list for a gate…I sure hope it’s a good location.  Vacation was fun, but we’re ready to get settled for a while.

  1. I can’t tell you how much I love your blog. We had to let our 17 year old Cissy Bell go to sleep a year ago…miss her so much but love keeing up with you girls!

  2. So sorry to hear you lost your pup. It’s very difficult but there’s always another one waiting for a good home when you’re ready. Hugz 🙂

  3. When we were in Moab it was so packed with people you couldn’t even drive through Arches. And they sure didn’t want me and Skitz on any of their trails so Mom and Dad didn’t spent much time there. Mom has tried to get pictures of Skittlez and me together but we like to go in opposite directions. You guys pose really good. Hope you get a great gate.
